SMS Program Terms — Evalation Coms

Evalation Coms is the SMS program operated by Evalation LLC for users of the Evalation Ops platform. Messages are sent only to Evalation’s own account holders — the business owners and team members who sign up for the platform — never to their customers.

How consent is collected

You consent to receive SMS messages when you create an Evalation account: the signup form at evalationops.com/signup displays this program’s disclosure directly above the subscribe button, and you provide your mobile number during account onboarding. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers from third parties.

Message types

Account notifications (billing, security, and settings changes), onboarding and setup assistance, new-lead alerts from your connected marketing channels, and service messages about the Evalation platform.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your account activity — for example, how many leads your marketing generates and which notifications you have enabled.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Evalation does not charge for SMS notifications.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.
